Fitness and martial arts are not only
about health and self-defense, but are about exploring one's own abilities
and overcoming inhibitions. The goal of the training is
to become stronger - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Achieving high levels of understanding and ability will
provide a sense of accomplishment and greater self-confidence.
By helping students set personal goals and train hard, I hope to
enable them to realize their true potential and the greater benefits of
the practice which can go beyond the dojo and into all aspects of their lives.
