I believe that fitness and martial arts are not only
about health and self defense, but about expolring abilities
and overcoming inhibitions. The goal of training is
to become stronger both physically and emotionally.
Improving and acheiving high levels of understanding
gives one a sense of acomplishment and greater confidence.
By helping students set goals and and train hard, we
hope to help them see that the benifits gained at Zanshin
Centers can extend beyond the space in which they practice
and in to all aspects of their lives. |
